We are looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager for Cloud Infrastructure. We look for a collaboration catalyst across the Engineering and Global Customer Success (GCS) divisions, working to drive structure, great results and quality for what is a key collaboration for Cognite!
The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Product Managers and Engineering Managers across our alternative SaaS deployment initiative as well as across the Engineering division. The Delivery Manager will also work closely with key stakeholders in Strategic Customer Success and representatives from our clients.

Key Role & Responsibilities include

• Project planning and reporting progress
• Engaging as part of/across the Engineering teams - having full ownership of and balancing team vs customer and projects, working closely to involve Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other Cognite resources as needed
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with key client stakeholders 
• Main contact point for GCS for landing commitments (approver of scope and resources)
• Interface with external client teams within and outside client IT
• Participate in defining the shared responsibility models with our clients
• Responsible for the Cognite project delivery on the aligned shared responsibility model
• Responsible for the Cognite CDF operations delivery on the aligned shared responsibility model

About you

• You have a good technical understanding and a background from a SaaS company
• You are very structured and have experience with project management and/or product management in a complex environment
• You are strategic and have experience with resource planning, data analysis and reporting  
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You are self-driven, have a broad skill set and enjoy tackling a wide range of problems
• You are curious and always ready to learn
• You are reliable and focused
