Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Corporate Hospitality & Events Sr Specialist will lead and assist the planning and execution of corporate hospitality and guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service across Ally’s sponsorship events, tradeshow and hospitality functions. This role will lead and support the overall planning of multiple events and properties each year, including leading certain projects and ownership areas.  Focus areas include, but are not limited to motorsports, soccer, golf, women’s sports, key lifestyle, entertainment and local/community events.  The candidate should exhibit a strong talent for event planning and onsite hosting ability.  Must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, establish strong relationships with Sr. Leadership and brand partners, be detail-oriented and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Work Itself

• Lead and support the coordination and execution of high-level sports and entertainment hospitality events, including food and beverage recommendations, branding / décor plans, premiums research and recommendation
• Monitor budgets and expenses to maximize return through effective cost management
• Help to ensure policies, procedures and best practices are being followed for event and hospitality operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and world class experience
• Monitor and evaluate event success, guest feedback, and operational effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
