Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>About the role:</u><br/> The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects financial planning, forecasting and actual financial reporting related to Global Customer Care (GCC) and Field Inventory Mgt (FIM) organization.  This is a highly visible role, with responsibility for high-quality financial reporting supported by appropriate financial and non-financial information and commentary, providing analysis and insights that support the growth and scale of the business.  </p> <p> </p> <p><u>Your responsibilities include:</u></p> <ul> <li>Work directly with Global Customer Care and FIM Directors and Managers to complete the annual and long-term planning process.</li> <li>Monthly consolidation and reporting of P&amp;L actuals vs plan and SG&amp;A% to support the function in controlling its expenses.</li> <li>Monthly meetings with GCC/FIM LT to present results, key insights and takeaways, and providing financial insights, and opportunities for areas of improvement.</li> <li>Lead monthly business reviews on Financial and KPI performance v targets and help facilitate and drive activities to mitigate variances to targets.</li> <li>Leadership and participation on Projects and Process Improvement activities in all areas of financial reporting and analysis, developing capability and efficiency across the finance team.</li> <li>Ad hoc analysis to support multiple Sr. Management requests.</li> <li>Travel to Regions and Corporate Headquarters as necessary.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>What we are looking for:</u></p> <ul> <li>10 years or more experience on Financial Analysis and Account </li> <li>Experience in SAP and Hyperion (OPT and PST)</li> <li>Tableau Report, Service Cloud and Excel user experience</li> <li>Applies business and industry best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve processes.</li> <li>May lead projects or project teams with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity or acts as senior functional/technical resource.</li> <li>Work in Collaboration with PMO and Process Excellence areas to improve GCC &amp; FIM activities as well as support the LT on Strategies definitions.</li> <li>Works independently within Global/ Regional/ functional / divisional policies, with guidance in the most complex situations.</li> <li>Impacts the ongoing and future achievement of project or service objectives by setting the direction and allocating resources.</li> <li>Support LT on decision making based on data analysis and provide needed information.</li> <li>Converts complex information to compelling business context and advice.</li> <li>Presents convincing arguments for complex ideas and projects at cross-functional meetings in a way that persuades others to agree on recommendation and/or approach, when appropriate.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requisition ID: 574473</p> <p> </p> <p>As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
