Premier Community Supports is now hiring Direct Support Professionals for our small 24-hour Residential Home in Grants Pass!

Premier Community Supports provides a 24-Hour Residential Home in Josephine County, Oregon. The home is operated entirely by Premier. At this home, we offer round-the-clock care and support to all individuals within the home.

Premier's 24-Hour Residential Home treats individuals like family. Our goal is to support individuals in learning and/or building upon basic skills while in a safe & 24-Hour supported setting. Our 24-Hour Residential Home is aligned with our commitment to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities continue to thrive in every-day life.

Our awesome DSP's have daily opportunities to make a BIG difference in the life of an Individual by supporting daily life skills, support community interactions, build a social network, go on outings and just have FUN!

We are looking for DSP's who are/have:

Premier offers:

- Pays $18.00-$19.00 an hour depending on experience

- Premier pays for OIS & CPR/First Aid Training

- PT & FT DSPs accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off a year

- PTO cash out option after 1 year

- No cost health plan for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period

- Dental & Vision for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment and Premier pays 50%

- 401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to a 4% employer match

- Paid 1st and 16th of the month
