Overview

Position: Registed Behavior Technician

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $22.00-$25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

 

Select Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Virginia Beach. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers 
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification required
• One (1) year of experience as a registered behavior tech
• CPR certification
