About the Role
MIRACORP, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the U.S. Department of Energy. This role provides administrative, organizational, and logistical support to DOE-ID and DOE-NE project managers throughout the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include tracking schedules and deliverables, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Essential Functions
Project Coordination & Lifecycle Support
Assist project managers with planning, execution, and closeout activities
Track project status, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Update project trackers and support reporting and presentation preparation
Meeting & Communication Support
Organize and document project meetings, including agendas and minutes
Coordinate calendars, meeting logistics, and stakeholder communications
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Documentation & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate project files and documentation
Assist with procurement requests and resource tracking
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
High School Diploma and 6+ years of administrative or project support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with project management concepts and workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience supporting federal or government offices preferred
