We’re looking for someone who complements what we’ve built and is ready to make the L&D space their own.</p> <p data-start="445" data-end="650">In this role, you’ll help shape how our employees across our global setup learn, grow, and embrace new ways of working — especially in a world where AI is changing what skills and mindsets actually matter.</p> <p data-start="652" data-end="1045">This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll design and run programs, partner closely with our People Business Partners, and play a central role in how we enable our people — from leadership development to company-wide AI enablement. You’ll be at the heart of our People function, helping create an environment where people can thrive while bringing fresh ideas and shaping how we work.</p> <p data-start="1047" data-end="1414">As a team, we’re close-knit, curious, and comfortable with change — because change is kind of our default.
