National Sales Coordinator Intern

OVERVIEW:  The National Sales Coordinator Intern will be dedicated to learning all aspects of MarineMax sales process including all company functions that go into driving revenue.

KEY TASKS:

• Support the Director of Operations and assist with projects as needed.

• Assist with support for training initiatives, including scheduling and supporting any training meetings or webinars.

• Be a responsive resource for Sales Team and Managers in Stores to call for assistance.

• Be proficient with IS programs such as Jostle, HubSpot, G2, Qlik and Microsoft Office

• Answer incoming customer support calls and assist in solving customer issues through local stores, escalating issues that cannot be solved at the store level.

• Fully understand internal initiatives for Sales Programs and provide support to Sales Team.

• Understand FANS initiatives and assist with surveys as needed.

• Assist with monthly reporting for Chairman’s Circle.

• Understand the contribution the Service, Parts, Marina and F&I departments make to the organization.

• Gain an understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives.

• Complete all new team member and sales related training videos.

• Participate in sales events and promotions.

• Other duties as assigned.
