$35.35 - $45.96The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
FT (36) Day Shift, No weekends or holidays
The Neuro Infusion Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinating daily operations in the Neuro Infusion Centers. This role ensures safe, timely, and efficient patient care while supporting real-time clinical needs, staff coordination, and communication across teams. The Charge RN will serve as a clinical liaison between nursing, pharmacy, and scheduling to ensure optimal infusion workflows. Oversee day-of clinic operations and patient flow, Review upcoming schedules, orders, consents, labs, and medications, Triage and manage infusion inbox, MyChart messages, and patient calls. Confirm and coordinate medication delivery with pharmacy. Collaborate with scheduling staff on updates and capacity planning. Support and adjust clinical workflows, including break coverage and RN education time. Identify opportunities for schedule optimization, biosimilar transitions, or therapy formulation changes.
