About the role

Position Title: Data and Reporting Analyst Co-op 
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 4 months, Sept 3, 2024, to Dec 20, 2024
Location: Murray Hill, NJ USA

 

  • Be part of the Network Infrastructure Fixed Networks Division’s Strategy & Technology/CTO Team which provides product and technology related reporting, data, and analytical insight across our portfolio of Fixed Networks products.
  • Gather, understand, and interpret internal and external (e.g., Analyst reports) data and translate them into perspectives on market dynamics such as market size and market share for Fixed Networks Products
  • Use your skills and experience to help develop and deliver new and automated data solutions in tools such as Power BI
  • Work with cross-functional technical teams to develop/maintain/improve the overall Fixed Networks data environment.
  • Grow your knowledge of the Broadband Access Industry and associated Fiber and Fixed Wireless Access products and technologies.

  • Proficiency of key concepts relevant to statistics, and descriptive analytics
  • Strong written / visual communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with mainstream productivity tools including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Familiarity with one or more data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of finance and able to understand financial income statements.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics
  • Advanced Excel including Power Pivot & Power Query
  • Advanced analytics tools and programming languages: Alteryx, Python3, R
  • Experience with large enterprise environments
