EquipmentShare is searching for a Finance Manager for our Corporate Headquarters located in Columbia, MO. This individual will be responsible for managing the Finance department for EquipmentShare, working closely with management and the company’s lending partners to help bring in new funding, manage the lifecycle of the funding portfolio, including the related collateralized assets, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of that information, as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes Finance policies, procedures, and process mapping and controls
• Coordinates with Relationship Managers and Treasury Office to obtain financing as needed
• Assists with the underwriting and analysis of new deals
• Responsible for all funding settlements and confirmation
• Oversees, in conjunction with the Accounting department, the lease accounting software program
• Manages the day-to-day activities of Finance department personnel
• Ensures debt balances and asset details are properly uploaded and maintained in databases
• Manages all the end of lease and loan requirements
• Provides oversight of all asset collateral into the system  
• Oversees the asset sales process, including monitoring profit margins, considering lender penalties and fees, and managing the payoff process with the respective lenders, ensuring payments are made timely and appropriately
• Manages and reports lost, stolen and destroyed assets
• Oversees the management of the lender/lessor equipment audit process to ensure proper asset compliance
• Coordinates with Accounting and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the loan and lease data to ensure financials are GAAP compliant & financial reports and audits are completed accurately and timely
• Facilitates special project oversight
