The Revenue Management Lead Generator Position  Sunnova Energy is currently searching for a Revenue Management Lead Generator to be responsible for daily calls to our existing customer base in order to prompt for a warm hand-off to our partner(s) for special savings programs with Sunnova partners.  This individual will have direct impact on Sunnova’s budgeted goals by prompting the lead and then following through with the case through completion. Ideally, this candidate will have inside sales, mortgage experience, and is comfortable in a call-center environment. •Strong Sales Experience•Accuracy and Attention to Detail•Good Follow-Up Skills•Phone Etiquette •Customer Service Approach•Goal-Oriented•Spanish-Speaking Preferred      Revenue Management Lead Generator Responsibilities•Place outbound calls to existing customers and prompt them to agree to warm hand-off to our partners•Manage appropriate daily call volume independently•Follow-up with customers that are working through the process to ensure that case is followed through and that the process flows smoothly•Identify areas of opportunity or issues that need to be addressed •Communicate observed or reported issues to management for resolution
FLSA Status:  non-exemptReports to:  Collections Manager
 Minimum Requirements•Education required: High School Diploma•Minimum years of experience required: 3+ years in a sales or lead generator environment and 1+ years in mortgage or loan lending environment•Goal-Oriented thinking with the ability to push for quality and not just quantity•Ideal candidate will be personable and able to interact positively with different personality types – strong interpersonal skills•Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills•Microsoft Office knowledge – including at least moderate Excel skills•Organization skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight•Ability to communicate issues or concerns in an appropriate manner to peers and management
Preferred Qualifications•Spanish-speaking - able to professionally communicate and conduct business calls in Spanish•Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field•Previous experience in energy is a plus
 Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:•Salesforce and/or Tableau knowledge would be ideal
