Key Impacts Include

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned to the client system feature set.
  • Own and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) using the client DoIT template, ensuring traceability from requirements through design, development, and testing across all development increments.

  • Support development of the System Design Document (SDD), including system requirements, UI/UX specifications, data dictionary, and processing logic documentation.
  • Support UX framework definition including information architecture, navigation schema, wireframes, and design concepts for producer, multiple client organizations, and administrator user personas.
  • Facilitate design review presentations with key evaluation personnel for feedback and concurrence on design parameters.
  • Support development of the UAT Plan and test cases in collaboration with MSDE stakeholders; provide technical and non-technical support during UAT execution.
  • Document the User Access Matrix covering all user roles and required permission levels.
  • Contribute to training materials, user manuals, and online help documentation; support development of the Training Plan and train-the-trainer curriculum.
  • Identify and document integration requirements for external systems including client procurement systems and producer platform plug-ins.
  • Maintain clear, professional documentation in MS Office formats meeting Maryland DoIT minimum deliverable quality standards.
