Your Impact

 

  • Defines and communicates the customer vision and identifies areas of improvement
  • End-to-End responsible for the from delivery to application support and management
  • Collaboration directly with customers, Business Owners, and Solution Management to understand the market forces, desired economic outcomes, and broader solution vision influencing product strategy
  • Partnership with System Architects and the Release Train Engineer to guide toward successful delivery synergizing between product strategy and implementation to support/own the product roadmap with passion.
  • Enable continuous feedback loop by involving stakeholders and customers frequently in Continuous Exploration, PI Planning, and System Demos

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Digital IT or Product Management
  • Relevant experience in software development and program/project delivery on enterprise level and Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and Business departments and any level of management, and people management and Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience leading applications within mobile applications, IoT is a plus.

You will work hybrid with the possibility to come to our Duluth site on purpose to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues. Duluth is located in Georgia with a 30 minutes driving distance from Atlanta.
