Team Lead Cloud Engineering (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our organisation as a Team Lead Cloud Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of currently 3-4 cloud engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions to support our business needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Your mission

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers to successfully deliver infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promote effective communication, and encourage knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Proven leadership skills, including managing and leading teams in an agile environment.
• Proficient in infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Git, and Ansible.
• Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts in a cloud environment, including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, and security groups.
