The Bar Teammate supports daily operations within a high-energy, counter-service food and beverage outlet by delivering efficient, attentive and guest-focused service across multiple service areas.
What You’ll Do
- Take orders, serve cocktails and support counter service
- Run food, bus tables and maintain clean service areas
- Support bar operations and responsible alcohol service
- Stock, organize and maintain the bar and counter throughout service
- Provide friendly, attentive service and support guest needs

Requirements
- Previous food and beverage service experience required
- Experience in bar service, counter service or high-volume environments preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems and bar service operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards
- Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
