Mosaic is currently seeking highly driven Sales Specialists (Part-Time) for an upcoming opportunity to represent Microsoft Products.  As an Assisted Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for becoming a product expert to help drive sales of Microsoft products and services while creating a memorable shopping experience for customers.              

The Sales Specialist (Part-Time) will be promoting sales of Microsoft Surface devices, Windows PC devices, and Microsoft 365 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for twelve weeks in a retail environment.

Program Duration: April 4 – June 29 

Weekly Schedule: Fridays 3-8pm; Saturdays 12pm-6pm; Sundays 12pm-6pm

The Sales Specialist will:

  • Enthusiastically represent Microsoft products at retail
  • Quickly identify and recommend the perfect sales solution for every customer by bringing Microsoft products and services to life in-store
  • Provide in-depth Microsoft Surface, Windows, and Microsoft 365 training to associates
  • Proactively engage customers and seek selling opportunities
  • Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Microsoft products in-store 
  • Admin responsibilities: Daily visit reporting, weekly conference calls, email communications, Microsoft training site and other required web-based training
  • Provide detailed feedback to management team
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 2-3 years of experience as an effective product trainer or PC retail sales associate preferred
  • Knowledge of the Windows Operating System and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about consumer electronics 
  • Competitive and passionate about selling; Thrive in a sales-driven and results-oriented workplace where incentives are based on metrics / results
  • Dependable and detail oriented-able to work independently to and complete visit reports on time
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take-action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and respond to priorities
  • Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours
  • Must have a smartphone/Tablet device to complete daily recaps and reporting from the store
