Retail Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. You will lead and perform operational and merchandising activities to support store customer service and sales performance.

Play a leadership role in helping your store, your people and your customer win.

• Lead a team of Operations Associates in performing Merchandising and Operations activities, including replenishment, inventory management, seasonal sets, signage, pricing, shortage control, backroom organization and various floor moves
• Connect with our customers and understand their needs to present solutions 
• Work closely with Operations Manager to plan and prioritize daily activities and develop action plans for areas of opportunity in the operations area
• Lead and/or perform the fulfilment of Omni-Channel orders including BOPIS and Ship from Store
• Meet and exceed customer service, merchandising, customer readiness, safety and operational standards
• Responsilbe for opening and closing the store as a key carrier
• Other duties as assigned (e.g., merchandising, operations, store cleanliness)

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
• 1+ year experience selling products or services
• Experience leading a team and/or supervising others
• Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Collaborate and work with other team members
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
