Quality Inspector - Mechanical - Level 2

Location: Supporting Cincinnati and Indianapolis, OH and Brazil, IN. as needed | Compensation: $30-$35/hr | Schedule: 2-3 days a week (Flexible Part-Time)We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for an ongoing, flexible role offering part-time hours based on client and supplier needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of precision machined parts and assemblies at client supplier locations.
• Verify paperwork to ensure all components meet required standards.
• Collaborate with a global team to maintain consistent quality across aerospace suppliers.
• Deploy to supplier locations based on production schedules and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection.
• Proficiency with various inspection tools and methods.
• Experience inspecting precision machined parts.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings (GD&T) and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report on inspection and scheduling status.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed.
• US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work; background check required.
