Operations - Insurance OperationsChange and Term Conversion handles changes and conversion of Life Insurance products. The team works directly with Prudential Agencies and Brokerage distribution partners. We handle these conversions from the beginning email of requirements needed to the end with processing the conversion. Our team consists of an Email Team, Agency Team, Brokerage Team, and Escalations Team. This position is slated to be Hybrid out of Jacksonville, FL, Minneapolis, MN, or Fort Washington, PA.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling of incoming email inquiries for policy conversions of Term to Permanent life products for our Prudential Agency and Brokerage distribution partners.
- Communicating with business partners on requirements and procedures to accurately complete a policy conversion. This may include sending proper forms and guidelines to complete a conversion.
- Communication and contact with Brokers, Producers and Field staff to accurately answer questions on status and requirements.
- Multi-task with the potential of extensive research to help solve questions and/or problems.
- Detailed and clear documentation of case status and needs.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of Change and Term Conversion inquiry & status procedures and systems
- Demonstrates professionalism and positive attitude, customer focused; demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency
- Conduct thorough research on inquiries. Proactively manages situations through strong written communication; acknowledges receipt, provides detailed responses and sets expectations
- Has ability to collaborate across business units
- Excels with time management and prioritizing workload.

The salary range for this role is from $46,200.00 to $68,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
