We are looking for an Associate, Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, to assist recruiters with all phases of the recruiting life cycle. You will play a critical role in providing candidates with a positive recruiting experience. We are looking for an Associate, Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, to assist recruiters with all phases of the recruiting life cycle. You will play a critical role in providing candidates with a positive recruiting experience. Role Responsibilities:
- Support multiple recruiters in a high-volume environment
- Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers directly
- Work with Candidates to provide guidance and support where needed
- Prepare contracts and other new starter documents
- Ensure data accuracy within the TA systems (Lever, Workday, SharePoint, etc.)
- Respond to administrative TA requests
- Work as a part of a global TA team on a variety of recruiting activities
- Support Hiring Managers and TA internal stakeholders where needed
- Support Employer Branding activities
- Support Internship Recruitment
- Support global TA and HR teams where needed
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and managing different time zones
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Minute and note-taking ability
- Experience with Application Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish
- Ability to work, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices
- This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between PLN 77400 and 94600 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
