About the role

Moloco seeks talented engineers to join the Service and Development Infrastructure (SDI) team. The team is building and evolving a highly scalable, cost-efficient, and low-latency platform that leverages state-of-the-art Cloud technologies to sustain our ever-growing mobile ads ecosystem, and the hyper-growth pace of Moloco.

Our service infrastructure handles 5+ million requests per second, which is about 80X of Google search traffic. This immense volume of workload is giving us unique and challenging problems to solve in terms of scalability and reliability. As a member of the SDI team, you will be given chances to solve these huge challenges with the actual engineers who built the platform, and with cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, our products such as CI/CD pipeline are serving the common needs of all teams, not just limited to the engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Lead the business-aligned decisions on the infra launch
• Lead the multi-team project for the infrastructure improvement
• Design & implement strategies for managing company resources in terms of reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness
• Establish and evangelize the highest level of operational excellencies
• Proactively find the risks and craft solutions to mitigate them

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major.
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps best practices
• Experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Software development skills
