This job drives new patient growth for clinics in new markets. This role will represent the clinics when developing and fostering relationships with members of the community, patients, prospective patients, and licensed broker relationships. A primary focus will be to use grass roots marketing, events, and other connection opportunities to help grow awareness and offerings.

Education 
Required – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field OR additional combination of formal education, training, and applicable experience with Medicare Advantage.

Work Experience
Required – 3 years of experience in sales/business development, community development maintaining relationships with business partners, marketing, public health, or other relevant healthcare industry experience.
 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SalesForce.
  • Value-based care, medicare advantage, data analysis, project management.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time, projects, and events.
  • Ability to connect and communicate with stakeholders and teammates with strong presentation skills.
  • Collaborates with clinical team members, peers across other regions and corporate areas.
  • Ensures every interaction is a positive experience and that all efforts are thoughtful and effective.
  • Self-directed ability to determine travel requirement and fluid work schedule.

Job Duties

  • Engages in community-based and relationship building activities to include, coordinating and leading seminars and special events, identifying grass roots marketing, educational and sales opportunities, network with key community groups (ie, chamber of commerce, council on aging, healthcare partnership societies, etc.) and provide tours to interested prospective patients and other community members.
  • Partners with licensed sales agents and managers to develop and implement marketing plans and coordinate seminars and on-site events.
  • Generates new business opportunity by identifying new audiences.
  • Designs and maintains databases and spreadsheets to report and track participation and results of various initiatives to include patient leads.
  • Reviews, proofs, and customizes marketing materials, assist with content creation for social media, and maintains brand standards.
  • Manages expenses and submit invoices.
  • Participates in marketing and budget planning and tracking.
  • Ensures successful planning and utilization of community activity and fitness rooms to promote overall health and well-being.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
