Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap within Aura’s Consumer product team. Aura is the next-gen digital security solution that is comprehensive, personalized, easy to use, and proactively identifies areas of risk in a user’s digital life. 

Day to Day:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our consumer facing product on web and mobile app, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

• Strong ability to work backwards from customer problems, come up with hypotheses, and drive scrappy solutions to rapidly test and experiment.

• Develop a deep understanding of consumer needs, pain points, and behavior through user research and user journey mapping.

• Utilize strong business analytics skills to analyze app usage data, track key performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize app features, and improve user engagement and conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.

• Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app product management.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the product management team.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on mobile app development and optimization.

• Proven track record of delivering successful consumer-focused mobile app products and driving user engagement.

• Strong understanding of consumers and their user journey, with the ability to translate user insights into product enhancements.

• Proficiency in business analytics, with the ability to analyze app usage data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience planning and executing A/B tests, with a solid understanding of statistical significance and experimental design.

• Previous experience working with mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals while prioritizing user needs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
