Core Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts on multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Own scheduling of content calendars, posting/tweeting to ensure messaging is deployed/posted as per the schedule and is consistent with brand initiatives.
Explore new and emerging social platforms to identify new opportunities to clients
Serve as a direct point of contact for all social client communication.
Run social media contests/giveaways.
Explore influencer outreach opportunities and assist with managing influencer campaigns.
Have a solid understanding of KPI’s in order to prepare and present monthly reports and insights to clients.
Provide recommendations to clients and management clearly and intelligently.
Work closely with the marketing team and direct supervisor to create and execute social campaigns that help to drive engagement, clicks, likes, shares and builds and nurtures our target audience.
Work collaboratively with creatives, client service leads, and other colleagues to inspire and create the best work for clients and pitches.
Serve as a project manager for film production, overall core marketing program creation and implementation, and large promotional projects.
Support management as needed.
Qualifications:
2 + years of experience directly managing social media accounts for a business or degree in business related field.
Develop strong working relationships with social vendors to stay up to date of new advertising offerings and opportunities.
Experience building, managing, and optimizing multiple content calendars and/or projects simultaneously.
Understanding of social branding and can show real-world examples.
Ability to back up strategy and recommendations with meaningful data.
Experience generating granular monthly reports for clients.
Strong organizational and planning skills, and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using social media management tools such as Falcon, Sprout Social, or other social planning software a plus.
Ability to discuss strategy face-to-face with clients and recommend the best solution on the fly.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
May be required to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Sedentary work: involves sitting most of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
