The Senior Manager of Mentoring, Coaching & Assessments will be pivotal in designing and delivering impactful coaching, assessment and mentorship programs that enhance development for RTX employees. This role requires active collaboration with talent teams across the enterprise. The candidate should have experience with developing and/or facilitating coaching, assessment and mentoring programs and a strong ability to liaise between suppliers, internal partners, coaches, mentors and employees.
This position reports directly to the Director, Talent Management and will work closely with corporate and business unit (BU) Talent Management and RTX Digital Technology teams in achieving organizational objectives.
What You Will Do
- Support the design and execution of top-tier coaching, assessment and mentoring programs for the global enterprise and various employee groups across RTX.
- Define the end-to-end strategic vision for RTX-wide coaching, assessment and mentoring programs in alignment with the broader talent strategy
- Lead end to end program management of initiatives, including engagement with the suppliers, development and management of collateral and translations, change management, program launch and ongoing support, as well as continued process improvement.
- Identify suppliers and negotiate program inclusions and pricing, where applicable.
- Serve as the escalation point for any emerging issues or concerns.
- Lead relationships and process approvals with all internal partners in support of program efforts, including Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Legal, Supply Chain, IT / Enterprise Services, Communications and Change Management teams.
- Represent the scope of work in global works councils as needed.
- Manage internal or external supplier relationships to ensure execution of program elements, including contracting, invoicing and billing.
- Create, curate and maintain program resources and materials
- Monitor key program performance metrics through MFAs and other analyses to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collate program participant feedback and analyze sentiments for insights on effectiveness of coaching, assessments, and mentorship programs.
- Prepare reports and communicate insights to keep stakeholders informed about the progress and impact of the coaching, assessments, and mentorship programs.
- Lead partnerships with RTX HR and Talent COE teams to communicate programs available to business units, eligible participants, and employee groups.
- Liaise with internal or external suppliers to support technical elements such as implementation, UAT, registration, metric tracking, Workday and other platform enrollment linkages, etc.
- Execute annual data privacy requirements with internal and external partners.
- Travel up to 30%.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
