Strategy & Planning

• Developing Cost Management Analytics by transforming the data into knowledge
• Establish strategic plan to recalibrate & continuously improve the quality of organization, people, process and infrastructure to achieve group' s KPI target
• Liaise with IT team to design IT budget and to go to financial details for accurate result and search for cost saving opportunities

 

Business Performance and Management

• Ensure financial reports to Ops & IT Senior Managements and CIMB Group/ GTO (if needed) is analized properly and delivered timely
• Analyzing new asset movement within Ops & IT Directorate
• Proceeding expense approval memo (NPB/MP/GEPS-Rodan) within IT Sub Directorate
• Reviewing & submitting monthly accrual expense for IT to Finance
• Doing reconciliation for IT accrual expense & Bankwide IT Related Accrual expense

 

People Management

• Responsible for people development, organization development, and talent management by creating multiskilled people and strengthening employee engagement within Cost Management & Analytics Organization
• Optimizing resource capacity aligned with organization and business growth

 

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure that expense approval memo process has already followed the SOP
