Principal Accountabilities

• Consume product to cookpack
• Ensure all product is consumed to correct yield group
• Perform weigh back on product that is returned to coolers
• Tag and send rework over to the raw side of facility when needed
• HACCP monitor cool cells to release product for production
• Maintain inventory utilizing FIFO method
• Monitor racks on line to ensure correct product and packing by lot number

 

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be computer literate (data entry and basic excel document creation)

• Must be able to read and write English

• Must be able to use basic math using a calculator
