OVERVIEW

The Caper Senior PM, Frictionless Shopping is responsible for leveraging the combination of sensors and context to enable a seamless shopping experience where customers can simply drop items into the basket and identify them automatically. This role is a key member of the Caper Core Shopping Experience pillar, responsible for driving a key metric, the frictionless session rate. Frictionless shopping evaluates the smoothness of shopping experience using Caper Carts, focusing on leveraging sensor fusion from computer vision, weight, cart location, and other context to eliminate errors, reduce customer intervention, and overall seamlessness from onboarding through to checkout.

In this role, you will set and execute the vision for a frictionless shopping experience, identifying and planning initiatives that drive cart utilization and retention through better customer shopping experience. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, hardware, data science, operations, and QA teams through delivery.

About the Team
