Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Director of Medical Staff Services, the Executive Administrative Associate performs multi-dimensional administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of the team.Manages a variety of medical staff meetings and projects, including the independent performance of a wide range of complex administrative assistant duties and a multitude of office procedures in support of the Medical Staff Officers and the Medical Staff Offices in the Central Region. Serves as a liaison between medical staff members, medical staff services, other hospital departments, and administration to provide outstanding customer service and accepting responsibility to build and maintain relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Examples of daily duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating the Central Region Credentials Committee and Medical Executive Committee meetings, including minute taking and distribution; maintains and protects the confidential records of proceedings. Forwards recommendations and follow-up, submission of all minutes to the Medical Staff Office. Coordinating the Central Region Board of Directors Credentialing Committee Zoom meetings and minutes, ensuring accuracy of information submitted to the Board of Directors.
