Bose’s Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (D&A COE) mission is to drive world class customer and employee experiences using data and AI at speed and scale. To modernize Bose data, we focus on promoting data literacy to make data first class across the organization, which includes building a strong foundation with quality, standards, and governance.

We are looking for Sr Data and Analytics Product Owner, who is a curious person, passionate about data and analytics innovation, and focused on business value to help the Bose D&A COE teams take their solutions to the next level. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to collaborate with business stakeholders in Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR organizations to define and translate business problems into technical requirements for the D&A COE teams: Data Strategy, Data & Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science. The candidate should have strong project management and agile framework experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in various business domains to conceptualize, plan, prototype, and deliver data and analytics products with an agile mindset.

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to pilot and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline analytics, automate data processes, and drive operational efficiencies.

• Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies, translating insights into innovative product features that accelerate Bose’s modernization efforts and elevate customer experiences

• Work with cross functional teams within COE, including Data Strategy, Data & Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science to ensure cross team collaboration and coordination within an agile environment.

• Own and prioritize backlog. Continuously align priorities to business outcomes effectively resolving conflicting priorities and changing requirements using agile framework

• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide guidance as needed.

• Write effective user stories, using interviews, workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, and other techniques. Define and execute release plans.

• Provide hands-on expertise within all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in a relevant role with expertise in data product management, reporting or analytics, data science, or data engineering

• Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience working in agile, globally distributed teams

• Literacy with relevant data & analytics technologies & platforms: data warehousing (Snowflake, Vertica, MS SQL, Redshift etc.)
