<p> </p> <p align="center">Finance Specialist</p> <p align="center">                                              </p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>We have prepared for you:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time employment contract</p> </li> <li> <p>Professional onboarding during your first months at JTI</p> </li> <li> <p>Individual approach to your development plan including certified trainings organized by both external and internal trainers</p> </li> <li> <p>Opportunity to work in open atmosphere in modern office in a group of team-players</p> </li> <li> <p>Attractive package of benefits, including among others: private healthcare, sport-card, life insurance, pension plan (when you are here, check our cafeteria system!)</p> </li> <li> <p>Work in a 50/50 hybrid system model</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will you actually do?</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Take full accountability for the Intercompany planning and Entity related items (taxes, interest, loan, In-house Bank)</li> <li>Consolidate Net Income/Balance Sheet/FCF plans on the Entity Level (Market, Factory, Intercompany, Global Functions)</li> <li>Support the Manager in the process of preparing annual and monthly financial plans in the format of market FCF in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines set by the regional FP&amp;A team and Corporate Finance</li> <li>Build effective professional relations with contact persons in particular departments; organize and lead meetings to collect data and prepare plan submissions; provide financial expertise to other functions and participate in projects as required</li> <li>Support the financial performance of entity review against the KPI's; ensure senior management is provided with meaningful analysis and suggestions for alternatives or corrective actions when necessary to meet business/financial objectives</li> <li>Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>University degree (preferred: Economy, Mathematics, Finance)</p> </li> <li> <p>Professional financial qualifications ACCA would be a significant plus</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 2-year experience in the accounting, controlling, finance or reporting management</p> </li> <li> <p>Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level) and intermediate knowledge of the Polish language (A2-B1)</p> </li> <li> <p>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality (Excel and Power Point), ERP Systems (SAP, GPM preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Very good communication skills including ability to efficiently lead business meetings and calls</p> </li> <li> <p>You are a detail-oriented, organized and self-directed team player</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What are the next steps – Recruitment process:</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
