Business and Accreditation Operations at CuraiAs a member of the Operations team, you will help develop innovative solutions to challenges in delivering high-quality, scalable, and accessible virtual healthcare. What You'll Do A day in the life of a Curai Business and Accreditation Operations Manager is spent doing things like: • Being responsible for the development and execution of the patient eligibility data process.• Managing revenue cycles.• Overseeing end-to-end accreditation project management.• Participating and partnering in operational risk management structures helping to identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.

You should have/be..• BA Degree.• 5+ years of provider office or health plan experience.• Exceptional file management skills with an understanding of data process flow, delivery, and problem-solving. • Above-average data processing skills including managing reporting systems. • Understanding and experience with accreditation processes and standards - e.g., URAC, NCQA.• Demonstrated passion for innovation in clinical decision-making and healthcare delivery.• Demonstrated project management and complex management skills. • Understanding and experience in compliance and risk management structures and how to identify risks.• Ability to work cross-functionally.• Experience working directly with URAC Accreditation Agency, is a plus.• Tableau or other data visualization experience, is a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000-$130,000. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
