Business and Accreditation Operations at CuraiAs a member of the Operations team, you will help develop innovative solutions to challenges in delivering high-quality, scalable, and accessible virtual healthcare. What You'll Do A day in the life of a Curai Business and Accreditation Operations Manager is spent doing things like: • Being responsible for the development and execution of the patient eligibility data process.• Managing revenue cycles.• Overseeing end-to-end accreditation project management.• Participating and partnering in operational risk management structures helping to identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
What You'll Need We recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements. You should have/be..• BA Degree.• 5+ years of provider office or health plan experience.• Exceptional file management skills with an understanding of data process flow, delivery, and problem-solving. • Above-average data processing skills including managing reporting systems. • Understanding and experience with accreditation processes and standards - e.g., URAC, NCQA.• Demonstrated passion for innovation in clinical decision-making and healthcare delivery.• Demonstrated project management and complex management skills. • Understanding and experience in compliance and risk management structures and how to identify risks.• Ability to work cross-functionally.• Experience working directly with URAC Accreditation Agency, is a plus.• Tableau or other data visualization experience, is a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000-$130,000. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
