Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida, and we are seeking a Part Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our brand-new clinics serving Broward County, Florida. The role will be primarily located in our Weston, FL location, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options. Responsibilities include:
·         ·         Clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI) to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.·         Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced- based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals·         Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.·         Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community·         Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings·         Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame·         Review and sign documentation in accordance with Clinic policies as well as contract guidelines. ·         Handling escalated clinical issues and client complaints and staffing with Clinic Director·         Coordinating with other CD/ACD to ensure integrated service delivery
Required Qualifications and Skills:
·         Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university·         Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Florida··         Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families·         Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.·         Multicultural competence in mental health·         Effective written and verbal communication skills·         Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner·         Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)·         Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
