Field Specialist

Compensation: $18.00 - $38.00 / hour

Description

The Field Specialist will perform roof system repairs, preventative maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. Responsibilities include inspections, debris removal, client communication, digital reporting, and collaboration with Field Support to improve processes. Provides quotes, recommendations, and other related duties to optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with potential overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Perform physically demanding tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and extended standing/walking.
• Work in extreme heat and sub-zero weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively, both written and oral.
  Use technology efficiently (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
• Roofing or related trade experience preferred but not required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
