JOB SUMMARY:
- Manages, plans and organizes the activities of the Bus Marketing area for the Atlantic City Region
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:
Coordinator Bus Marketing Regional (CER)
Manager Tour & Travel Sales Regional
**Atlantic City Operations
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the creation and execution of a regional Bus Marketing strategy that maximizes profitability
- Responsible for analyzing customer service systems; developing and modifying systems to enhance customer usage
- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the business plan and operational budget for areas of responsibility
- Responsible for the development of new business programs and promotions Ensure outstanding customer service delivery in alignment with company and department goals and objectives
- Maintain regulatory compliance and integrity in the operation
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum five years’ managerial experience in a marketing position with direct responsibility for revenue generation and staff management. Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate $70,000-$80,000
