Description

We are hiring immediately for a CNC Router Machine Operator.

What you will be doing as a CNC Router Machine Operator:

You can expect to cut materials to specified shapes and sizes using CNC Routers. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers to cut various materials

- Review set up sheets, secure materials, and mount the specified router and drill bits while observing machine operations for proper functioning

- Install machine control disk while manually adjusting feed and speed manually as needed

- Utilize DNC software to program and use established programs for machine operation

Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to coordinate machine operations

- Suggest improvements in machine sequencing, feeds, speeds, and parts layout
