Job Description

REPORTING & PLANNING

In this position, you’ll be responsible for running the quarterly HR KPI Reporting. 
You’ll ensure efficient workforce and personnel cost-planning processes in collaboration with HR Managers, Business Partners and Finance partners.

SUPPORT HR MANAGERS & BUSINESS PARTNERS

You’ll help HR Managers and Business Partners to understand KPI reporting and gain insights. You’ll train HR Managers and Business Partners to effectively use reporting and planning tools.

DEVELOPMENT OF DASHBOARD SOLUTIONS

You'll develop new KPI dashboard solutions, as well as improve existing solutions due to continuously evolving business needs and system landscapes.

Qualifications

First experience in handling multiple data sources and analytics

Degree in business, controlling or function-specific related field

Very good English language skills, German language skills are a plus

Advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Quick learner, process driven and structured way of working

Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail

A team player with strong communication skills

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
