What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst at CSpring, you’ll play a vital role in shaping outcomes that matter. You’ll help clients solve business problems by transforming needs into actionable, strategic solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse project teams and client stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements aligned to their goals. 
  • Analyze business processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for optimization and innovation. 
  • Translate complex information into clear, usable documentation — user stories, workflows, specifications, and beyond. 
  • Maintain and refine product backlogs and project artifacts throughout the lifecycle. 
  • Support solution delivery, ensuring results exceed expectations and continuously evolve based on data and feedback.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-driven Business Analyst who’s as passionate about solving complex problems as they are about building trusted relationships. You’ll be successful in this role if you bring a blend of technical savvy, strategic thinking, and clear communication.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate effective interview sessions and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling documentation.
  • Business Case Expertise – Proven ability to craft persuasive business cases as a natural outcome of stakeholder interviews and discovery.
  • Systems Thinking – Deep understanding of business complexity, project interdependencies, and organizational impact.
  • Problem-Solving Agility – Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in work products with minimal oversight.
  • Collaboration Across Disciplines – Experience working alongside data engineers and other technical experts to assess challenges and define a clear course of action.
  • Work Environment – Willingness to work in a hybrid model: three days per week in our Indianapolis office or at a client location.
  • Work Authorization – Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in IT business analysis, product ownership, or a closely related role.
  • 3+ years defining both functional and technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to navigate
