Outside Sales-Water Restoration Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water.
• Help our customers through the water damage cleanup process.
• Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Develop scope of work and work plan for water crews to complete.
• Monitor progress of job from start until collection.
• Ensures work done by technicians is in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines.
• Supervise work on assigned job sites. 

 

 

Requirements

• Arrive at customer site as the first responder for our company.
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
• Be the point contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Sales experience, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
