At Barron, our Customer Service Representative/Reception (Seasonal Position) will:

- Actively participate in the Barron reception queue – managing incoming calls and customer service inquires, referring customers to the appropriate departments
- Make outbound calls and answer inbound phone calls within 3 rings
- Return all calls and respond to messages the same day
- Assist in processing customer payments, as required
- Provide overflow support for booking HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service calls effectively and efficiently
- Provide overflow support to various Barron customer-facing chat functions
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with general questions, while delivering superior customer service and inquiring about their needs
- Communicate and explain promotions and specials to customers
- Develop basic knowledge of company offerings and program
- Accurately maintain all dispatch boards and customer files
- Keep work areas neat, clean and organized
- Attend all Company-wide and departmental meetings
- Establish a good working relationship with all team members
- Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Compensation:
- Part-Time/Seasonal
- $19.00-$23.00 per hour; DOE
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
