We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our onsite maintenance team responsible for automated material handling systems. You’ll lead technicians, allocate resources, ensure maintenance quality, and handle escalations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance & Support Technicians

  • Assign tasks and manage daily resource allocation

  • Support and coordinate mechanical/electrical maintenance activities

  • Respond to and escalate automation system failures

  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

  • Verify the quality and completion of maintenance work

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations Support, Planning, and Control Room

  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment (HSE compliance)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance (automation/logistics)

  • At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Proficiency with technical documentation and CMMS tools

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Fluency in both English and Czech

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:

  • Technical diploma or degree (Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)

Preferred:

  • Certifications in maintenance or safety practices

  • Experience with warehouse management or automation systems
