About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Advertising to join our team. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , and keyword research for campaign success. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve ad targeting
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals

Requirements

Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
Strong understanding of keywords, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or similar platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Systems & Equipment Requirements

Laptop or desktop with at least Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a reliable backup option
Access to Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar productivity tools
Access to Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools (accounts provided as needed)
Noise-canceling headset for meetings and client communication
Backup power source (UPS or equivalent) preferred for uninterrupted work
