PAY & PERKS

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
This role offers a healthy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule. You'll enjoy a hybrid work environment, working two days per week in our Oakton, VA office and three days remotely.
As our Senior Quality and Compliance Manager, you oversee the implementation of quality assurance and improvement plans across the agency. You work closely with clinical teams, leadership, and regulators to ensure that our programs meet state and federal standards. Your day may involve reviewing incident reports, developing staff training strategies, conducting audits for CARF and DBHDS standards, and evaluating ways to improve care delivery through data analysis and compliance oversight.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Master's degree in the behavioral health care field
- Active license in a behavioral health field (e.g., LPC, LCSW) in Virginia
- 3+ years of experience working in a behavioral health management position in the state of Virginia
- Experience in organization-based quality assessment/utilization review activities and audits; familiarity with CARF standards
- Experience in the planning and implementation of compliance processes/activities
- Experience implementing accessibility standards in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of the theories and principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Improvement
- Excellent communication skills, including analysis and development of technical reports, and professional writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership/managerial skills
- High degree of empathy
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Highly organized and the ability to coordinate with others
- Adaptable to changing needs
- Ability to build strategic relationships
- Ability to research, recommend, and implement clinical, administrative, and staff development training
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans and follow through on short and long-range plans
