About the job

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

The YouTube Strategy team focuses on our highest priorities, solving complex, ambiguous problems that span early stage growth initiatives, investing in our largest product or business areas, making major operational or organizational changes, and assessing strategic rationale for YouTube external investment opportunities. Throughout, we provide analytics-based insights, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, help YouTube teams drive our strategic initiatives.

The Community Partner Manager (CPM) team helps drive success with YouTube creators at scale. Creators who have amassed enough of a following are invited to join community cohorts where they receive exclusive communications, event invites, and insights from their CPM. They also get the chance to connect with other creators to learn from each other, ideate on content, and support each other through shared challenges.

The CPM Segment Go-To-Market team is responsible for setting the strategy and delivering the operational support needed for the CPM team to succeed. We are at a critical inflection point in which we are redefining the strategy for greater scale and impact. In this role, you will develop strategy and own the projects to bring that strategy to life.
