Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Location: Hybrid, requiring 50% in-person days in the Seattle metro area

Position Overview:

As a Senior Program Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of tackling operational challenges, driving services, and spearheading projects at the clinic service line level. You'll provide comprehensive administrative and program coordination for our ambulatory clinics and associated programs. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating programmatic meetings, providing project support to leadership, managing small projects solo, and digging into the details that help us make decisions that not only ease the way for our caregivers, but dramatically improve the lives of our patients.

 

In this role, an ideal candidate would possess:

  • A passion for working with data and a love for diving into spreadsheets.
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier results.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A dedication to serving the human side of healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Required Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years experience in project management, data reporting, healthcare administration, or a clinical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
