Build Project Senior Supervisor

This position is in Cargill’s food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies.</p> <h2>Job Purpose and Impact</h2> <p>The Build Project Senior Supervisor will supervise all project management activities for low to medium complexity build projects including project leadership, project planning, project execution, project control, and business results. In this role, you will lead a team that plan and direct all daily project management activities.</p> <h2>Key Accountabilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Provide strategic vision to the project team utilizing extensive knowledge of build project management practices and</p> </li> <li> <p>ensures best practices are incorporated into project delivery to champion safety, meet regulatory requirements and</p> </li> <li> <p>deliver build projects with excellence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute low to medium complexity projects utilizing the project management framework to achieve project objectives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics to mitigate risk and increase project performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement project management best practices based on extensive knowledge.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply the right tools and techniques to proactively control project outcomes to deliver a successful project.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with business stakeholders to ensure the business value and technical benefits are enabled.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and</p> </li> <li> <p>disciplinary actions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of four years of related work experience</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project management experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Safety and quality management experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Project controls and tracking experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Construction management experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Two years of supervisory experience</p> </li> </ul> <p>Our Offer<br/> We provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
