Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to help rapidly scale the personal brand of our CEO & Co-Founder.

• You will be supporting the team and learning the ropes.

• This is a junior role so please show your relevant experience!

• You’ll be learning directly from our CEO and the Reejig marketing team.

• This is a hybrid role but you’ll be hands-on and on-the-go with our CEO’s schedule!

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who follows business influencers and creators and understands the type of content that puts across a strong personal brand AND performs well. We are looking for someone who understands what type of content actually grows a following and audience.

• An awesome writer who can use Canva very well to create assets

• Someone who “thinks like a Youtuber and a TikTokker” (or even better IS YouTuber or TikTokker!) and can capture exciting and entertaining video content

• An AI enthusiast who 1) has a genuine interest in our space BUT 2) loves using AI to be smarter and faster in our day-to-day work! (We have lots to share here!)

• A fast learner who can capture the authentic voice of our CEO

• A love for event coordination to help activate our brand IRL

The job tasks will cover:

👨‍🔧 👩‍🔧 Content creation:

• Capturing video content ‘on the go’ – think behind the scenes footage of being a CEO, co-founder and mum of two in the Big Apple

• Collaborating with global marketing team to capture required video content from CEO

• Planning and writing content for LinkedIn, and designing the content for the various platforms e.g. image and text posts, cheat sheets, carousels

• Scheduling daily social media posts

🤝 Social Engagement:

• Manage engagement and comments on social platforms

👨‍💻 👩‍💻 Research & Ideation:

• Researching successful content and trends, analyzing why it worked and presenting that to the marketing team

• Taking the insights and ideas of our CEO & Co-Founder to identify what content we should be creating, scripting, planning and creating

🤝 Event Support:

• Coordinate local events in the US including planning, venue sourcing, attendee coordination, local vendor sourcing for collateral etc. (note: with support of Reejig marketing team)
