Job Summary

Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:

 

• Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
• Promptly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting; promptly resets all service ware.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including flatware, linen, condiments; wipes down chairs and tables, and cleans area.
• Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with servers to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt service.
• May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties. 
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience.
• Ability to assist with food preparation, setup, and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
• This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
