Production Assistant

The Creative Media Production Assistant is responsible for providing overall assistance to the Creative Media production team to develop promotional elements supporting the dynamic and versatile programming of WWE across its many different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing assistance and support to Associate Producers, Producers, Creative Directors, and Senior Staff throughout the production process of multiple projects
Active involvement in post-production editing, audio and voiceover sessions, as well as graphics requests
Tracking produced promos and general record-keeping of assets
Creating non-linear timelines featuring program footage, b-roll and interview clips for use within promos
Managing deliverables including quality control and adherence to deadlines
Customizing and distributing spots for WWE’s media platforms and out-of-house affiliates
Staying up to date on WWE’s product, including current events and branding/messaging
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational and strategic/critical thinking skills
Ability to conceptualize ideas in a creative, non-traditional way
Able to work flexible/long hours, nights, weekends (1-2 PPVs per month), on-location shoots, etc. as needed
Capable of handling various tasks and project needs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree (Communications, TV/Film Production, or related field of study preferred)
Television internship strongly preferred
Editing experience (AVID) a plus
